Benchmark Analysis

Benchmarking is the method of comparing the performance of your business with that of your Competitors in your industry. We simply ask you to input the actual information from your accounts which will allow you to compare your business with the average and best performers within your industry sector. The report is fully explained in laymen's terms and is easy to understand. If you complete the benchmarking exercise, you will be able to access the training modules from the training page at no extra charge.

To get the best results from the process, it helps to compare your business with as many other businesses as possible, which is why we use data from an internationally acclaimed agency with financial data from over 1 million businesses in the UK.

A small investment of £95.00 (inc. VAT) and half an hour of your time is all it takes to see how you compare to other businesses that do what you do.

First you need to tell us what you do!

Standard Industry Classifications (or SIC codes) describe what businesses do.
Select your primary business category below.
Primary Business Category

Now you have selected your primary business category, then choose the specific activity from the menu below. If you have difficulty in finding an exact match to what you do, don't worry. Most businesses today have some aspect of diversification. Simply choose the SIC code that describes the majority of what you do. If you still cannot find an activity that fits, then choose an activity close to what you do with the letters n.e.c. after it. The letters n.e.c. mean "not elsewhere classified" and will encompass those businesses that are not shown specifically elsewhere.
